We currently manage many in house facilities for larger organisations such as hotels, care homes, landlords, universities and doctors and dental surgeries using the latest CAFM software. Areas including:

  • Electrical fault finding and repair
  • Pat Testing
  • Health & safety weekly monthly and annual management including:
    • Coshh & Risk assessments
    • Fire protection
    • CCTV and alarm maintenance
    • Air conditioning cleaning and servicing
    • Water management
    • Evac chair maintenance
    • Emergency lighting maintenance
  • Team training (running in-house training for staff and Management)
  • Provision of Part P, Iosh & Nebosh training courses
